Add notes to people so you and your team can capture context, decisions, and next steps in one place. Notes appear on the person profile, support mentions, and keep a timeline of interactions alongside messages, tags, and event history. This reduces back-and-forth and helps anyone in your workspace quickly understand the relationship and what to do next.

Notes fit directly into your CRM workflow and respect workspace permissions. You can search and filter people and then open a profile to review notes before outreach or events. Go to People → open a person → Notes to add or view comments. 

Event lifecycle controls: cancellation and soft deletes

Cancel events with a clear status and safely recover deleted events using soft deletes. You can mark an event as cancelled to stop signups and set expectations, while keeping its details, signups, and analytics intact. 

This gives organizers confidence to plan, adjust, and communicate changes without losing history. Cancellation and recovery actions appear in event activity so your team stays aligned. Go to Events → open an event → Actions to cancel or restore.

Customize your public pages with brand colors and logo so your supporters see a consistent experience. Theming applies to event pages, improving trust and recognition when you share links or collect signups. You can adjust appearance without code and preview changes before publishing.

Themes work across desktop and mobile and do not affect performance. They also help distinguish multiple workspaces when you switch contexts. Go to Settings → Workspace → Appearance to set your theme. 

Language switcher (English, Spanish, Portuguese)

Switch the app language between English, Spanish, and Portuguese so your team works in the language they prefer. The selector appears in the header and remembers each user’s choice. Core navigation, forms, and event flows adapt immediately, reducing training overhead for multilingual teams.

Language choice is per user and can differ from the workspace default. Email and WhatsApp templates continue to use your content as provided. Go to the header → Language to switch, or set the default in Settings → Workspace → Language.

Note: Portuguese is not yet supported, but coming soon!

Cost previews appear where you compose campaigns and respect your current audience filters. This helps you choose templates, refine targeting, and confirm spend with stakeholders. Go to Settings → Billing to connect billing and view estimates in Messaging → WhatsApp. Available today on all plans.
